I started this giant sun catcher in the fall of 2012 and finished it July 2013.
Just the Facts
15-1/2 feet long
100 pounds
1 bazillion individual pieces of mirror and glass
Flashed like paparazzi
We pulled it up into the tree with a truck. It was glorious. For about a year. Then a season of storms and the laws of physics drove it against the tree and it bashed itself to pieces. I still have chunks of it hanging here and there at the Holler.
